Änderung der strafrechtlichen Regelungen bei Straftaten gegen Radfahrende und zu Fuß Gehende vom 26.05.2026

Text der Petition Mit der Petition wird gefordert, das Strafgesetzbuch und die Richtlinien für das Strafverfahren und das Bußgeldverfahren (RiStBV) bei Straftaten von Autofahrenden gegen Radfahrende und zu Fuß Gehende so zu ändern, dass Autogewalt regelmäßig verfolgt wird, indem die Staatsanwaltschaften das “öffentliche Interesse” an der Strafverfolgung bejahen, anstatt wie bisher auf den Privatklageweg zu verweisen. Begründung Anzeigen von Radfahrenden gegen Autofahrende werden von der Staatsanwaltschaft in der Regel mangels “öffentlichem Interesse” an der Strafverfolgung “auf den Privatklageweg verwiesen”. Rechtsmittel dagegen gibt es nicht. Der Verletzte könnte die Tat zwar selbst vor dem Strafrichter anklagen, eine Privatklage ist aber aussichtslos, weil die Gerichte das Verfahren auch gegen den Willen des Privatklägers einstellen können. Privatkläger riskieren dabei Kosten von fast 2000 €. Die Verweisung auf den Privatklageweg bewirkt also die Einstellung des Strafverfahrens und die Straflosigkeit des Autofahrenden - und zwar auch dann, wenn eine Straftat vorliegt! Die Bejahung des öffentlichen Interesses bei Autogewalt ist aus spezial- wie aus generalpräventiven Gründen notwendig. Ein Täter wird sein Verhalten nicht ändern, wenn seine Taten nicht bestraft werden. Das allgemeine Klima der Straflosigkeit ermuntert Autofahrende weiter gegen die Straßenverkehrsordnung zur verstoßen und Straftaten zu begehen. Hier der Link zu den Seiten der Organisationen

But there was a time when the existence of dragons wasn’t in question, and even prominent leaders and explorers claimed to have seen them. Legends of dragons were given credibility when historical figures added their firsthand accounts to the tales. People sincerely believed that the winged lizards existed because of the trustworthy nature of these figures. Whether they mistook another creature for the mythical beasts, or embellished their stories for attention, these historical figures all claimed to have seen dragons.

So “why are they doing that…?” one might ask. “Who trained them to be so strangely judgemental in the first place?” Those might be some followup questions…

CAIRO, June 26 (Reuters) - British barrister Karim Khan on Friday told Saudi Arabia’s Al Arabiya ​TV that the decision to suspend him ‌from his role as chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) violated court procedures and was unjustified. “Unfortunately, ​the court’s bureau violated procedures, and ​what happened was astonishing, unjustified and unlawful,” ⁠Khan said through an interpreter in ​his first public comments since his suspension following ​a decision by diplomats running the ICC’s oversight body.

This is where I’m at now. I’ve never married. I have no children nor do I ever want them. I’ve been what many would describe as “successful” in my professional life. I have modest personal wealth which allows me to travel far more extensively than most people. In the last few years, I’ve started dating an age pool that many of my contemporaries consider “too young.” Not even close to the age gap that our dear Violet is describing, but enough that I’ve gotten the eye rolls and comments and “sugar daddy” accusations. The women I date have college degrees. They have independence. They have their own money. Many are entrepreneurs, as am I. Almost all, like me, can work remotely from anywhere that has internet access. A vast majority of women my age are not interested in the lifestyle I want and have. I’ve found it to just be far more rare. Younger women are more likely to be aligned with me politically. My experience is that women my age are more likely to have the old pension mindset rather than entrepreneurial mindset. Can I find someone my age that shares my values and lifestyle? Absolutely - but I’ve found that pool is far, far smaller as you increase the age range. I’ll take the eye rolls and comments if it allows me to go to away at the last minute for a weekend in Ibiza or Saint Tropez whenever I choose. My childfree ass will take that over visiting her grandkids any day.
