Made a tensegrity trellis

I’m letting the plants weigh it down but for high wind gusts you can tie the 3 bottom holes to bricks, cinder blocks or water buckets. Another interesting thing is that you can stack these by just tying the bottom of one to the top of another. For added craziness you could use 2x4s or 4x4s with steel wire. It would look like the lumber is just flying in space suspended by nothing. Plus the minimum is 2 sticks but you can make from a triangle to all sorts of n-gons.

Looking for Certified Professional Coders/AAPC Members

Is there a community I can join? I’m trying to start a career in CPC and I am self studying my way through, as I have no extra funds ATM to pay for extra classes or online help. I have the 2025 study guide, was just sent the 2026 study guide when I bought my 2 exam attempts, along with 3 practice tests they provided, plus 3 additional practice tests that I purchased. I have CPT, ICD-10-CM and HCPCS Level II books. I also watch Contempo Coding on YouTube and she is amazing at explaining things I need to learn. I just tried to take my first attempt at the real exam and failed at 68%, so close to passing. I just wanted to know if there are other peeps on here that have passed the exam, what helped you pass? What are your study methods?

New Orleans: Activists demand city council and DA support family of Jace Lee Scott in fight for justice

New Orleans, LA – On Monday, June 29, a small crowd of community activists packed the city council audience for the Criminal Justice Committee meeting to keep up pressure for the family of Jace Lee Scott. Scott was a 19-year-old Black teenager murdered in 2019 by Andrew Gant, the son of New Orleans police officer Victor Gant Jr. Jace’s mother, Shanta Scott, as well as activists from the New Orleans Alliance Against Racist and Political Repression, rallied before the meeting wearing t-shirts that read “Justice for Jace Lee Scott” and signs that read “Fire crooked cop Victor Gant Jr.” After a brief rally, the protesters went inside the chambers with paper signs bearing the same slogans. The Criminal Justice Committee heard reports across the policing and law departments in the city, from the Sheriff’s Office to Juvenile Court and more. Speakers gave public comment on the reports from the New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) and the district attorney’s office respectively. “Every family deserves confidence that a homicide investigation was conducted fairly without conflicts of interest,” said Shanta Scott to city council members and NOPD officials. “I am asking the NOPD homicide department to release the videos I have been asking for in my public records requests.” Jace’s murder case is closed as a “negligent homicide” due to a plea deal, yet Shanta Scott reports some of the files in her son’s case are still sealed without any legal reasoning. The CDs she received from NOPD with supposed evidence were completely blank. “It’s the responsibility of the district attorney’s office to stand up to crime, not just between people on the street, but also crime between police and civilians. We want you to take a real role in helping us look at this case. We’re here because we care, and if you care too we want you to stand with us,” said Toni Mar of the Freedom Road Socialist Organization to District Attorney Jason Williams. In 2019, Gant Jr. was present during his own son’s interrogation and drove his son along with crime scene evidence to the NOPD station instead of calling 911 and leaving it to other officers to do proper intake. His actions broke several statutes of proper protocol. A group of more than 40 researchers spent 20 months devising a plan for the world to achieve ecological sustainability within planetary boundaries, all while seeing incomes rise for 98% of the global population and reducing working hours for everybody by half to two and a half days a week. The plan to achieve this by 2100 is laid out in the recent “Global Justice Report.” If it sounds utopian, Lucas Chancel, the co-director of the World Inequality Lab and editor of the report, is the first person to acknowledge this, but explains why it’s not only possible — there’s even historical precedent for many of the measures the report outlines. For example, humans used to work almost twice as many hours as they do today for far less pay, and productivity was lower. The reduction in hours worked, plus the increase in productivity, Chancel points out, is the evidence that this could work in the future, namely because the report outlines that productivity must fall. “ If low-income countries increase their productivity and continue to work the same amount of work hours per year, this is going to be a serious problem … from all material constraints that we might have in mind,” Chancel says. I have a bunch of hobbies, which range from female dominated to a solid mix of participants. However, for a hobby that has a good number of both men and women involved, there seems to be a gap in the participation and achievement levels in a way that mostly alings with gender. A friend of mine mentioned we would have to look at how men engage with hobbies. Do you feel that the ways men and women engage with hobbies generally, but especially when they share the same hobby still differs?

There also is the question of availability and means, computers are expensive now, you can’t afford to take them apart and fuck around anymore, nor are most of them built to allow you to. Computers were expensive back then, too, which is why knowing how to repair them was critical. Even something as simple as a removable battery or floppy drive was something standard that people I grew up alongside knew how to replace.
