I donât think so honestly. Iâve met a lot of guys who did like 5-15 years in the military and then exploited the system to get a bunch of disability benefits they didnât need and then got out and just coasted around doing part time work and enjoying their hobbies. These guys are always very vocal about how you should join the military and itâs a great decision and itâll fix your life.

I couldnât give a certain answer but itâs not the first time something like this has happened, and I think with recent attacks focusing on Crimea the Ukraine leadership has accepted theyâll never reclaim it and now just want to do vengeance/reprisal attacks You could well be right though, most post-soviet oligarchs have ties to organised crime, but to me a bomb seems more like a statement from an armed forces whereas a CrimOrg would probably just put a couple of .22s in the back of his head while he was walking down the street(unless he had beefy security and this was the only way they could get at him)

There will be some other way that they try to snake this in there. We just donât see it yet. I feel like these decisions mean very little to these people other than that they are annoyed by the ways they are perceived. Once itâs nut-cutting time and they pull some kind of actual, meaningful sweep serious bullshit, itâll just be a matter of time before they demand to resolve some emergency that they deliberately created in order to resolve the emergency. And then it sticks and what we have now is gone.

Caracas, June 30, 2026 (venezuelanalysis.com) â Venezuelan Acting President Delcy RodrĂguez has created a Presidential Commission for the Assessment of Housing and Infrastructure Habitability following the 7.2- and 7.5-magnitude earthquakes that struck the country on June 24. The commission, chaired by structural engineer Francisco GarcĂŠs, began its work on Monday, June 29, in the states of La Guaira and Miranda, as well as in Caracas, carrying out scientific and technical evaluations of buildings, bridges, overpasses, and road infrastructure. The inspections will deliver a traffic light-style assessment system developed by the Venezuelan Seismological Research Foundation (FUNVISIS) and the Central University of Venezuela (UCV) to classify the level of structural damage through a rating system that is easily understood by the public. âWe have created a traffic light system to determine whether a building is habitable, using the colors green, yellow, and red, so that this commission on housing and infrastructure can decide whether a home is safe to continue occupying,â RodrĂguez said during a televised broadcast on Monday. Under the system, green identifies homes that are structurally stable and safe for occupancy without significant risk. Yellow indicates buildings with moderate or partial damage that require repairs before they can be safely reoccupied, while red designates structures that have suffered total loss or critical structural damage. âWe have found buildings whose structural systemsâbeams, columns, and frame structuresâhave not sustained significant damage. However, the masonry has been severely affected. This means these buildings are repairable but cannot be inhabited until damaged walls and enclosure elements are removed and rebuilt,â GarcĂŠs explained to Venezuelan media. The commission brings together specialists from the Ministry of Habitat and Housing, the Ministry of Public Works, the Venezuelan College of Engineers, the Venezuelan Chamber of Construction, Funvisis, and the Engineering Corps of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces. It is also supported by several academic institutions and will coordinate efforts with governorsâ and mayorsâ offices from the hardest-hit regions. âWe have deployed several teams of engineers specialized in structural engineering,â GarcĂŠs added. âAfter receiving training in the use of the damage assessment forms, they are able to determine the condition of a structure and recommend the appropriate course of action.â The acting government has also launched training programs so that professors, graduates, and senior engineering students with the required technical background can join the inspection teams. Authorities say the initiative likewise aims to address public fears among residents who remain hesitant to return to their homes. RodrĂguez additionally announced plans to build thousands of new homes by the end of the year. According to official figures, the earthquakes have left 189 buildings completely destroyed as well as 585 structures with severe damage or partial collapse. There have been 38 hospitals and 44 shopping malls affected, and 1,645 additional structures, mainly bridges and roads, have sustained damage. But the new law will not necessarily upend these policies, said Bradley Marshall, senior attorney at Earthjustice, an advocacy group. âItâs certainly meant to scare municipalities and local governments from trying to do things to further net-zero policies,â he said. âNow, its exact impact and what it exactly prohibits is probably up for some debate. It was both challenging and interesting to add new features keeping binary size small. I donât have an intention to replace ls which is obviously preinstalled, I see fli as a complimentary daily driver. The north star of the project is to always have smaller binary size than ls , while extending or improving ls functionality Interesting how much we can achieve with rust. As for a new features, I see various sorting options could be implemented cheaply. If you have ideas, please share. Online skews things a lot. Often due to how they are raised in childhood you might find more trans women online as being terminally online was more socially acceptable and the norm with their, at the time, peers. Also you tend to find a lot of trans women seeking community to be themselves before coming out whilst trans men are often able to explore their gender more in person so the idea of presenting as the âoppositeâ gender before or at the start of socially transitioning means trans men might not be seeking that extra level of community and support - there are generally less things to learn from scratch.

I wish point 9 came first because I feel like it is necessary to understand some of the previous points. In particular, until I read point 9, my reaction to point 8 was to wonder why we needed more games; it did not seem to me that there was some ideal number of games that might mean we have too many or too few. But framing it as âthe art of making games for their own sake can only be kept alive by making games, and so we always need more for as long as we value this artâ makes perfect sense.

Dinosaurs like tyrannosaurs and velociraptors famously walked on two legs. But they werenât the only bipedal prehistoric creatures to exist. In a study published in June, paleontologists shared the discovery of a new bipedal shuvosaurid, an ancient, distant relative of crocodiles, that lived 212 million years ago in what is now the U.S. state of New Mexico. Unlike modern-day crocs, the newly described Labrujasuchus expectatus was beaked, toothless, had two tiny arms, and walked on two legs. Researchers found fossilized bones of L. expectatus alongside those of bipedal dinosaurs at the Hayden Quarry at the Ghost Ranch site, famous for its well-preserved fossils. They were found in sediments dated to the Late Triassic period. The generic name of the species Labrujasuchus comes from âRanchos de los Brujos,â or Ranch of the Witches, an old Spanish name for the Ghost Ranch area. The Greek word ΣοῌĎÎżĎ (suchus) means crocodile. The species name expectatus references the idea that researchers expected to find a shuvosaurid fossil at the Hayden Quarry.
