What happens when conjoined twins try to masturbate?

These conjoined twins say they agreed not to masturbate after they tried because it was too uncomfortable for them. They also say they agreed from a young age not to have sex as getting pregnant could literally kill them. But then they go on to say one has had a boyfriend and the other a girlfriend but they just hug and kiss. They end by saying they don’t plan on ever satisfying their sexual urges and that “if nuns can do it, so can we.” Honestly, it all sounds pretty awful. Obviously there are other conjoined twins who have gotten married, so different strokes for different conjoined twins. Clearly some have sex. But I didn’t find any Q&A type articles from them. Side Note: There’s A TON of authentic identical twin porn on the internet, if that interests you.

Filipino migrants—including green card holders with serious medical conditions—are suffering inside Tacoma’s Northwest Ice [Concentration Camp]

cross-posted from: https://infosec.pub/post/48771180 Meesh Vergara, the contact for Filipino migrant advocacy organization Tanggol Migrante Movement (TMM). … ICE has come under fire for the conditions of its facilities, including for hundreds of complaints of medical neglect at the NWIPC alone. Speakers at the news conference say that ICE agents had denied Tatay L his medication for two days, after detaining him. International Migrante Alliance and Capybara Colectiva member Inez also highlighted that elders like Tatay L are much more susceptible to health complications and infections because of their age alone, never mind other health conditions. “We have seen healthy people in their 20s go into this detention center and come out completely different on the health scale,” they said. “So, if we’re talking about someone who is well into their 70s, that really does change a lot. Like this person could get an even bigger medical issue in days of being in the detention center without clean water, without access to his medical prescriptions.” They also pointed out that speakers were “standing next to the altar that La Resistencia has kept up for multiple years of many different people who have actually passed away inside of this detention center. So we may not actually fully understand his medical condition at this time, but what we do know is that people die often inside of this detention center.” Sorio’s fact sheet details the untreated ulcerative colitis that left him begging “on the floor in deep agony to be admitted to the hospital [on Oct. 15, 2025]. He has to wait three hours before and is forced to walk down the stairs without a wheelchair or stretcher. He is forced to wait another three hours before finally being sent to St. Joseph Medical Center, where is diagnosed with ulcerative colitis.” He also developed a bone infection that same month. “[Sorio’s] foot starts swelling to the point he can no longer walk. It is discovered he contracted a bone infection and he is forced to undergo two surgeries to amputate a part of his foot,” the sheet reads. Between Oct. 21 and Nov. 12, “[Sorio] is handcuffed to the bed, under 24/7 surveillance and denied access to his legal counsel for the majority of this time. … Later in November, despite Sorio’s request to go back to the hospital to get his stitches out, an ICE doctor removed the sutures on Sorio’s foot. According to the fact sheet, it was “a painful, two-hour procedure” in which the doctor “[forced] the stitches out, and [left] the open wound bleeding. Additionally, by this point ICE providers had not redressed [Sorio’s] wounds for four days.” Sorio allegedly asked Santayana to stop his deportation. At this point, he was also vomiting blood, and had blood in his stool. She allegedly did not, and TMM’s fact sheet records both a lack of response from the Philippine Consulate, and direct actions against what TMM had requested, such as allegedly sending Sorio’s travel documents for his stay of removal request directly to ICE, instead of to TMM, as requested. Ultimately, ICE attempted to deport Sorio, anyway, who was still using crutches to get around. TMM’s fact sheet notes that the Philippine Consulate “facilitates [Sorio’s] travel document within minutes and ICE escorts [Sorio] onto the plane.” However, at literally the last minute, because TMM and another Filipino migrant advocacy group, BAYAN WA, were able to deliver Sorio’s medical documents to Philippine Airlines, the airline ultimately stopped his flight, deeming him medically unfit to fly.

[Discussion] Who's your favourite boss in terms of combat in a Soulslike?

Between Asylum Demon, Tower Demon, Witches of Hemwick and Genichiro, he probably takes the cake for me. At first, he’s a huge wall and pretty much impossible to beat for new players. Once you get the hang of the combat, it just clicks (literal shills running down my spine) and you end up appreciating the fight a lot. What’s your pick?

Privacy Advocates Raise Alarm Over Online Age Verification Provisions as House Passes KIDS Act | Common Dreams

cross-posted from: https://news.abolish.capital/post/60810 Opponents of a bill that is purported to protect children online said Monday night, after the legislation passed in the US House, that laws are “urgently” needed to stop Big Tech companies from preying on kids’ vulnerabilities. “The KIDS Act is not that piece of legislation,” said Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.), who was one of 117 lawmakers who voted against the Kids Internet and Digital Safety (KIDS) Act, which passed with 267 votes, while 47 members of Congress did not vote. The bipartisan bill requires online platforms to use new safety features and parental controls, restricts the use of minors’ personal data to target ads, and establishes new restrictions for AI chatbots and online games. But ahead of the bill’s passage, the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) was among the opponents raising alarm about other provisions “buried inside the KIDS Act” that would “push online services to verify all users’ ages, require government-directed moderation policies for online speech, and even create new rules about private and encrypted communications.” The legislation, drawing from portions of 14 different online safety bills, “is a mess, with different age-gating schemes for different services, using different standards,” wrote EFF senior policy analyst Joe Mullin. “It’s a lot of complexity, and a lot of legal risk. Faced with that, many companies will conclude that the safest option is restrictive age-checking practices across their entire platforms.” As Mullin explained: Throughout the KOSA section of the legislation, special protections, controls, messaging settings, and parental tools are required whenever a website or app “knows or should have known” a user is a child (defined in the bill as anyone under 13) or a teen (defined as anyone between 13 and 16 years old). The problem is a website operator doesn’t need actual knowledge that a user is a minor to get in legal trouble. It applies when a platform “knows or should have known” a user’s age—a low, negligence-style standard of knowledge. If an online service gets it wrong, it’s going to be up to courts and regulators to decide, after the fact, if an online service “should” have known a user was 16. To try to avoid liability, services will have to determine which users are teenagers and which are not. Most won’t be able to simply trust their users. They’ll have to collect more information about age, before any lawsuit or government action arises. Some companies may respond by requesting driver’s licenses or passports. Others will rely on age-estimation systems that attempt to guess users’ ages by looking at existing activity or doing facial scans. At The Intercept, Caitlin Vogus of the Freedom of the Press Foundation and Aliya Bhatia of the Center for Democracy and Technology’s Free Expression Project warned ahead of the bill’s passage that while the legislation is ostensibly meant to protect children, the age verification requirement could impact all users’ ability to access social media platforms without revealing their identities—chilling anonymous speech and threatening would-be whistleblowers. “Threats to online anonymity harm everyone, but one group is often overlooked: journalists and the sources who talk to them,” wrote Vogus and Bhatia. “Age verification requirements will help the Trump administration carry out its vendetta against the press by creating new avenues to identify journalists’ confidential sources.” While the KIDS Act says it won’t require online platforms to collect government IDs for age verification, they said, “at least some platforms will likely choose this route to comply with the law or offer it as a fallback approach when other methods inevitably fail.” Former Republican congressman Justin Amash, a libertarian, accused the lawmakers who voted “yes” on the legislation of betraying “the Constitution and the American people.” Other opponents of the legislation, including Jayapal, argued that the bill would allow tech companies to continue targeting children with algorithms that send harmful content to the youngest users. The legislation omits a “duty of care” provision that was included in the Kids Online Safety Act (KOSA), which was passed by the US Senate in 2024—a requirement that tech firms "exercise reasonable care” to prevent harms to children. Jayapal noted that the bill, which faces an uphill battle in the Senate, leaves “suicide, depression, addiction, substance use disorders, and eating disorders from the list of harms” that tech companies like Meta must address in their algorithms. The “duty of care” provision has been criticized as too vague by several digital rights groups, while some child safety groups said its omission in the KIDS Act would “let Big Tech off the hook.” “We have seen time and again that these corporations cannot be trusted to put children’s safety over their own profit margins,” said Jayapal. “We cannot keep exposing our kids to platforms that are either completely indifferent to their safety or a direct threat to it.” The KIDS Act, Jayapal said, also includes provisions “that do not do enough to actually address the harms of” artificial intelligence. “I voted no,” said Jayapal, “because we have a real opportunity to pass bipartisan legislation that holds these companies to not just be transparent about the harms and mitigate them, but to actually prevent them.” From Common Dreams via This RSS Feed.

Microchip June 2026: Released a new 8-bit AVR LA line

AVR is one of my favorite chips as a hobbyist. 8-bits, manuals in the less than 500 pages region (very small compared to Cortex-M0+ which are closer to the 1000 or 2000 page long regions if we include instruction sets and other details), etc. etc. So I’m happy to see Microchip continue to support simpler 8-bit chips for those who need them. For those looking to use this chip exactly: it seems like AVR LA specializes in low-cost, low-power, and capacitive touch. Most components have been stripped out, the ADC is only 10-bits, there’s no more dual power supply (like AVR DD, DB, or DA), there’s no special features like op-amps (AVR DB), or programmable gain differential ADCs (like AVR EA or EB). You do get event system, CCLs (AVR’s feature of LUTs, functioning as useful “glue logic” that can implement a few simple XOR, AND, OR, NOT gates for those who need simple glue), RTC, and PTC (aka: Peripheral Touch Controller, Microchip’s system of building capacitive touch). At 1.62V minimum (and up to 5.5V maximum), this is seemingly the lowest voltage I’ve seen from AVR lines. For anyone with a buck or boost converter in their designs, this should lower power usage a fair bit over the 1.8V previous minimums. Finally, the 5k unit pricing is around 50-cents or so. This is the cheapest AVR 8-bit you can buy, if anyone were doing a large scale mass manufacturing line. But for most hobbyistss, I don’t believe we can sufficiently tell the difference between 50c chips and $2.00 chips. So its very barebones outside of capacitive touch. Still, this shows a commitment from Microchip to continue to support AVR chips and their ecosystem. I would recommend beginners use the AVR DB instead (which come with 3x OpAmps and far more features), unless you really want a barebones capacitive touch controller.

This video is a recording of a live discussion between Richard Wolff and Yanis Varoufakis about the crisis of the petrodollar. The goal of this session was to gain a better understanding of what medium and long-term impacts might look like if there is a shift away from the Petrodollar, as well as what that would mean for American hegemony. It was moderated by Professor Shahram Azhar and Mike Tedesco, and produced in collaboration with Democracy at Work as part of The Left Education Project.

Bulletins and International News Discussion from June 29th to July 5th, 2026 - War Negotiations Increasingly Unstable / Will Belarus Get Involved In Ukraine? / Massive Venezuela Earthquake Aftermath

Not uncommon for the US to send medical, engineering and other security teams to natural disaster zones. This is of course going to be used as Pro-US propaganda by the US, but something like that happened before during the great earthquake of 1970 in Peru (that was under a pro-soviet military goverment), I believe even President Nixon and Pat Nixon visited Lima to see the situation. This was just a few months before Peru and Chile almost went to war and also during a world cup.
